PLEASE submit application forms as soon as possible. This really helps the committee to ensure that there are enough supplies to fill all hampers.  Deadline is Friday December 5th, 2025

 

Drop off completed forms at Christmas Cheer's Red Box located inside the PR Town Center Mall by the Walmart

Applications can not be processed without proof of income as this program is geared to assist those most in need. 

It is a requirement that we receive proof of income to process your application.  We no longer accept proof of income

via texts or emails for privacy concerns.  It is your responsibility to attach proof of income in order to be approved.

PROOF OF CHILD TAX CREDIT IS REQUIRED

 

Applications must be submitted no later than Dec 5th.  Distribution of hampers will be on Saturday December 13th.
